Hello. Thank you for ordering from our
vast range of prints, paintings, books and gifts. All your
internet orders are dealt with by David Higgins, who will pack and
dispatch you order with the utmost care and attention. your order is
normally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, except when on the rare occasion
an item is out of stock and may take 2/3 days to arrive back in stock,
any later or you have requested a UPS or Next day
delivery you will be notified by email. Please read on our
terms and conditions. thank you

WEBSITE ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND ARE OWNED BY CRANSTON FINE
ARTS. NO REPRODUCTION OR COPYING ALLOWED ON OTHER WEBSITES, BOOKS OR
ARTICLES WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Goods should be returned to us if they are received by you in
a damaged condition. Should your goods become damaged in the
post we ask that you state this on the form which you are asked
to sign in order to receive the package. If the tube has
obviously been crushed please do not accept the parcel. Damaged
goods must be returned in the original packaging within 1 week
of receipt. Goods which are subsequently damaged after receipt
will not be replaced.
DELIVERY TIMES. (and period of times for replacement items to be
sent )
NORMAL DELIVERY FOR UK THE DELIVERY TIMES ARE NORMALLY WITHIN 7 DAYS. FOR
ALL OVERSEAS ITEMS (ALL SENT AIRMAIL REGISTERED) IT WILL NORMALLY TAKE 7 TO 14 DAYS FORM THE DAY OF
DISPATCH. AND WILL REQUIRE TO BE SIGNED FOR ON ARRIVAL. (THERE IS NO
TRACKING FACILITY FOR BASIC AIRMAIL DELIVERY) IN THE
RARE OCCASION A ITEM HAS BEEN HAVE BEEN LOST IN THE POST. A PERIOD
OF TIME OF DOUBLE THE NORMAL POSTING TIMES IS ALLOWED FOR ANY HOLD UPS,
THEY MAY HAVE ARISEN, SUCH AS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ETC. A REPLACEMENT
ITEM OR ITEMS WILL BE SENT AFTER 2 WEEKS IN THE UK AND
AFTER 4 WEEKS FOR ALL OVERSEAS ITEMS. (PLEASE NOTE IT HAS
BEEN FOUND THAT MOST ITEMS WHICH SEEM NOT TO HAVE ARRIVED, HAVE IN FACT
HAD A DELIVERY ATTEMPTED BUT DUE TO NO ONE IN TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM HAS
BEEN TAKEN BACK TO THE LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR COLLECTION. SOME TIMES WE
HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT A CARD HAS NOT BEEN LEFT, OR HAS BEEN LOST. PLEASE
CONTACT YOU R LOCAL POST OFFICE AFTER THE NORMAL DELIVERY TIME TO CHECK
IF IT IS THERE. IF NOT THEN PLEASE CONTACT US AT cranston@onetel.net
IF A DELIVERY HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED AND FOR ANY REASON THE ITEMS IS NOT
COLLECTED FORM THE POST OFFICE THE ITEM WILL BE SENT BACK TOT HE UK
AFTER A PERIOD OF 7 DAYS. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF
RESENDING YOUR ORDER.
DATAPOST / UPS THESE ITEMS WILL TAKE BETWEEN 4 AND 6 DAYS TO
ARRIVE AFTER DISPATCH. ON THE RARE OCCASIONS CUSTOMS CAN DELAY THE
PARCEL ONE OR TWO DAYS. DATAPOST ITEMS CAN BE TRACKED AND IF ON THE VERY
VERY RARE OCCASION A ITEM GETS DAMAGED OR LOST. A REPLACEMENT WOULD
BE SENT FIVE DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF NON ARRIVAL.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
Once you have ordered items via telephone, fax or internet (by
pressing the order button on the order form) you will enter into a
purchase contract with Cranston Fine Arts. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to return the items you have purchased within three working days of delivery. Once the
purchased item has been returned to us in the original condition we will
refund the cost of the item (excluding delivery & packing costs
charged by us at the time as
well as any costs incurred by you in returning this item). We recommend
for your own protection using a recorded delivery service or for
overseas purchases we recommend airmail services. You should be aware that once we begin
the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any
contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for
example, postage and packing and credit/debit card charges of
5%). We cannot accept
cancellations of orders for
original works of art, antique prints, Giclee Canvas
Prints , specially purchased in Limited Edition prints with order codes
starting with SPC, or LIM, or LE and also Chess sets, books and
Stadden figurineS.
When returning the item please give reason for the return and please
package the item securely and in the case of prints, make sure you do
not roll prints too tight as this will badly mark the print and we will
not accept the return. Please make sure we receive the item within ten
working days from the date of receipt.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE IN POUNDS STERLING ANY REFUNDS WILL ALSO BE
MADE IN POUNDS
